How does artificial intelligence change our future? – Kai Gondlach

The first manifestations of artificial intelligence have already become an integral part of our everyday lives: algorithms optimize supermarket assortments and plan logistics; Alexa, Siri and Google understand natural language better and better and begin to formulate unsolicited recommendations for their owners; an algorithm recognizes various types of cancer far better than the best human oncologists and radiologists. We are not facing revolutionary upheavals, we are in the midst of digital transformation. In about ten years’ time, digital assistance systems will make the majority of consumer decisions for their human twins, freeing up valuable life time for us. AI scares many people, but let’s talk about the opportunities – after all, it’s up to us to shape the future before others do.
